Faces of Climate Change

Faces of Climate Change Wins An Emmy!

The Florida Wildlife Federation (FWF) and Environmental Defense Fund (EDF) have collaborated to highlight the impacts caused by climate change and the myriad solutions being offered by Florida entrepreneurs and industry to address both climate and energy alternatives.

We believe there is consensus that Florida is a pivotal state in the national debate over means to combat global warming. Florida is arguably the state that will be most effected by climate change as manifested in sea level rise, frequent and severe storms and other perils that place people, wildlife and habitat at risk.

The goal of the joint EDF/FWF “Faces of Climate Change” Campaign is to build an informed and engaged constituency that supports leadership addressing the climate change crisis at the federal level.

This campaign will culminate in a statewide television advertising blitz and a full-length DVD featuring what we have come to call, “The Faces of Climate Change.”
